Guys have been attracted to girls since the dawn of time. It's something about their smell, I think. One of the frustrating things about being attracted to females is the fact that so few of them are interested in guys. First, work on your hygiene. Most of the time, a guy's hygiene is not as good as what girls are looking for. Good hygiene goes beyond actually being clean. It starts by showering. Clean yourself daily without fail. Make sure you wash your hair with shampoo. Try to use soap and shampoo that have manly smells. Girls like this even if they claim they don't. After your shower, you should work on your nails. Girls look at nails very quickly when they are checking out a guy. Make sure they are trimmed, clean, and even.
Put on deodorant. Once again, choose a deodorant that has a manly scent. Don't go with anything unscented or flowery. Now you can choose to either wear cologne or not. My personal opinion is that if you use good soap, shampoo, deodorant, and aftershave then you probably won't need cologne on top of that.
Second, you need to work out. Every girl wants a guy that at least has a little bit of tone to his muscles. Even if you can't lift a lot of weight, you can lift a little weight a lot. That will tone your muscles. There is just so much riding on the fact that you work out. It will increase the amount of energy you have. It will increase your confidence and stamina. Also, you will look more attractive.
Try to stay away from food that is too greasy. This grease will go to your face, and no girl likes greasy guys. Remember, appearance is the key. That is what gets everything moving in your direction.
Lastly, you need to pick out good clothes. The alpha you look, the more likely a girl is to notice you. Girls like guys that dress nice. No matter what kind of guy you are trying to look like, you need to dress the best way that kind of guy can dress.
After you look the part, it should all come pretty easily. You will be more confident, so you will present yourself in a way that girls find more attractive. There are still plenty of ways you could blow it, but the odds are more in your favor.
